Everything was good, favourable location not far from Siliguri for over 25 years now, the restaurant and the airport, excellent experience. All of the staff were polite, excellent. Meals were outstanding, and there was The Tribe by hi Spirits near the hotel.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a mini-fridge-bar. The hotel had indeed a nice location in the middle of jackson.

Convenient location - close to everything we needed and easy to get around. Our room was equipped with a coffee maker, ironing tools, and a work desk that came in handy. 🌟

The room was fantastic and clean, with a nice bathroom. The hotel's location is magnificent, especially being close to a multi-purpose stadium. The staff was very helpful and courteous, offering free wake-up service and ironing facilities.

The breakfast and Wi-Fi were free which added value to what was already a great location near lots of good restaurants and cafes. the bed was extremely comfortable which was a definite plus after a long day at the office and the room was generally clean.

The hotel was not up to par. Although the staff was friendly, the service was slow and unreliable.

During our Christmas stay, the rooms were spacious and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to fulfill our requests. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for us to find good food and enjoy some shopping.

The hotel's cleanliness was not up to our expectations. The bathroom floor had hair strands and looked like it had not been swept in a while.

I had a great stay - the rooms were spacious and beautifully lit. The hotel staff, from the watchman to room service, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was delicious and offered generous portions. The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms were top-notch, and the comfortable mattresses made for a great night's sleep.

Nothing to dislike.

Our recent stay at Udaan Clover Hotel was exceptional. We were delighted by the spacious and clean rooms, complete with modern amenities. The bathroom was pristine and well-maintained. The food provided in our package was delicious and offered great value. Despite a minor issue with the TV not working, our overall experience was fantastic. The staff was dedicated, trained, and provided excellent service. The beautiful view of Kanchanjenga from our balcony was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would highly recommend it. Udaan Clover Hotel exceeded our expectations and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Location was pretty decent. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-decorated as described in the reviews. The free toiletries provided in the bathroom were a plus. Furthermore, the staff was quite courteous and helpful as reported by some guests. Breakfast and other meals were reportedly tasty as well.

There seemed to be some inconsistencies in the hotel's policies according to some guests.
